ESB Financial is investing in upgraded technology to provide a more modern, secure, and enhanced banking experience. This upgrade will include changes to online banking, mobile banking, bill pay, cash management, and other digital banking services.

We know changes like this can bring questions, and we are committed to keeping you informed every step of the way. This page will be updated regularly with important dates, frequently asked questions, how-to resources, and support information.

Important Dates Preview

What You Need to Know

Before Upgrade Weekend

• Account numbers and debit cards will stay the same
• Watch your email, as important information and reminders will be sent out as we get closer to August 17

During Upgrade Weekend

• Beginning Friday evening, August 14, Online Banking, Mobile Banking, Bill Pay and Cash Management will be temporarily unavailable while we transition to the new platform.
• All ESB Bank Locations will be closed Saturday, August 15, while we complete our upgrade.
• Debit cards will continue to work with temporary stand-in limits.

After Launch

• When the new platform launches August 17 - you will need to complete a one-time enrollment to access your accounts.
• You may keep your current username and password (if they meet the new system requirements) or create new ones.
• Enjoy a modern, secure and more convenient digital banking experience
• Our team is ready to support you every step of the way

Business Banking Notice

Business clients may have additional considerations related to Treasury Management, ACH, payroll, Positive Pay, and QuickBooks connectivity.

QuickBooks connectivity will not be available immediately following launch and is expected to become available approximately 15 days after the upgrade.

Fraud Reminder

As we prepare for our Digital Banking Upgrade, please stay alert for fraud attempts. ESB will never call, text, or email asking for your password, secure access code, debit card PIN, or full debit card number.
