Step into History: Our first stop is the newly renovated Harry S. Truman Presidential Library in Independence, MO. Explore the legacy of one of America’s most influential leaders through interactive exhibits and stunning new displays.

Savor a Lakeside Lunch: Next, we’ll enjoy a mouthwatering meal at Marina 27 on picturesque Lake Lotawana. Every meal will begin with a Salad Course featuring field greens, butter leaf lettuce, romaine, heirloom tomatoes, parmesan cheese, and housemade vinaigrette. Guests will then choose from three delicious entrée options, and we kindly ask that you let us know your selection when making your reservation.

Choices include:

Fish & Chips: Fresh walleye, garlic aioli, beer-battered fries with garlic aioli.

Marina Burger: Filet & strip burger, smoked bacon, cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato,

onion, on a brioche bun with beer-battered fries with garlic aioli.

Fried Chicken Sandwich: Kimchi and ranch-seasoned fried chicken, lettuce, tomato,

smoked bacon on a brioche bun, beer-battered fries with garlic aioli.

 

Sip & Relax: The afternoon is all about fine wine! We’ll visit Aubrey Vineyards and Serendipity Farm & Vine, two exceptional wineries offering delightful tastings in serene countryside settings.
